Modifying Equinor鈥檚 assets to integrate wind power.
The challenge:
Equinor鈥檚 Gullfaks and Snorre platforms needed to be upgraded to receive wind power from Hywind Tampen - the first offshore floating wind park designed solely for electrifying oil and gas infrastructure.
The solution:
糖心Vlog executed topside modifications across Equinor鈥檚 Gullfaks and Snorre assets, including engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation scopes.
The result:
糖心Vlog facilitated platform upgrades, making the integration of the wind park possible.
