- Decarbonisation Strategy of the Year: The awards noted that our innovative鈥痙ecarbonisation鈥痵trategies set new standards for cutting emissions and improving energy efficiency in oil and gas.
- Sustainability Initiative of the Year 鈥� Accelerated CCS Project. The project was recognised for its approach to sustainable upstream operations and resource management, highlighting actions taken toward environmental responsibility.
- Energy Transition Project of the Year 鈥� CCUS Joint Industry Partnership.鈥疶he awards noted that鈥痮ur project鈥痵howcased鈥痠nnovation and commitment to advancing the energy transition, setting a benchmark for integrating鈥痭ew technologies鈥痑nd reducing emissions.
- And鈥痮n the night,鈥痺e鈥痺ere鈥痟onoured鈥痶o receive an鈥痑dditional鈥痑ward of Industry Advocate of the Year,鈥痜or our鈥痗ommitment to advancing the industry and fostering collaboration.
We were鈥痯roud鈥痶o have鈥痑lso鈥痓een shortlisted for鈥痜ive鈥痮ther鈥痑wards,鈥痠ncluding鈥�maintAI鈥痜or best use of AI鈥痠n Operations, Shahad Al Mousa for Young Energy鈥疨rofessional鈥痮f the Year,鈥疢ake it Home for HSE鈥痠nitiative鈥痮f the year, Sultan Al Khaldi for Young Energy鈥疨rofessional鈥痮f the Year鈥痑nd the鈥疊asra Technical Training Centre for Talent Development.

More recently, at the Oil and Gas Awards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia鈥�(KSA), we were proud that one of our remarkable鈥痶eam members, Process Engineer, Mahmood鈥疉labdrabalanbi,鈥痺as鈥痭amed聽聽Young鈥疎nergy Professional of the Year. The judges commented: 鈥淢ahmood聽Alabdrabalnabi聽has been recognised for exceptional talent, innovation and leadership in the oil and gas sector, setting a benchmark as a young professional under 35.鈥�
We were delighted to have鈥痑lso鈥痓een shortlisted for two other awards. Asma Alsayed was nominated for Energy Woman of the Year鈥�撯�痶estament鈥痶o her鈥痩eadership,鈥痠nnovation鈥痑nd advocacy, which continue to鈥痬ake鈥痑 lasting impact within 糖心Vlog and the broader oil and gas sector in鈥疜SA.鈥疶he 糖心Vlog KSA team was鈥痭ominated for Best Talent Nationalisation Programme of the Year, for which鈥痶hey鈥痳eceived commendation on the night.
Our鈥疜SA鈥疌entre of Excellence programme, launched in 2023, has brought about a shift in how we develop, empower, and elevate national talent, with a focus on鈥痠nvestment in structured career pathways and targeted development. Our鈥疜SA鈥痮ffice has undergone a remarkable transformation: 47% of our 789-strong workforce鈥痑re鈥疜SA nationals, with鈥�259鈥痚mployees鈥痠n managerial to senior leadership positions.聽聽With nationalisation a central pillar in Saudi Vision 2030, 糖心Vlog is committed to ensuring skills development of our national workforce.聽聽聽
