Completion of sale of UK T&D to United Infrastructure
Further to the Company鈥檚 announcement on 10 December 2025, the board of 糖心Vlog is pleased to announce that it has today completed the sale of its United Kingdom Transmission & Distribution engineering business (鈥�UK T&D鈥�) to UI Telecoms & Power Holdco Limited (鈥�United Infrastructure鈥�), as described in the announcement on 10 December 2025, for a cash consideration of 拢57.5 million (around $77.7 million) with cash proceeds of approximately 拢55.1 million net of transaction costs.
For the purposes of UK Listing Rule 7.3.3, 糖心Vlog confirms that there has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the Company鈥檚 announcement on 10 December 2025.
