Greenfield โ Offshore commissioning
One of the largest hook-up and commissioning (HUC) campaigns in the North Sea in over 25 years.
With diverse teams from multiple contracting companies, a ‘One Team’ approach was required.
Results: A safe 0 hour LTI CSU campaign was achieved. Additionally, project completions status 4D visualization in collaboration with AVEVA aided system handover, simplifying the coordination process.
Brownfield โ Supermajor turnaround
Four projects – Export gas rerouting, produced water debottlenecking, mercury removal and subsea tie back – with one positive outcome.
GoTechnology (Hub2) completions software was implemented across all four projects to integrate turnaround handovers.
Results: GoT software allowed the client to aggregate and track vast amounts of data and to demonstrate technical integrity. Dashboard views gave an at-a-glance understanding of the project and progress.
Expansion โ Lithium carbonate
A Latin America battery-grade lithium carbonate plant with a capacity of 44,000 tons per year was expanding to increase production to over 80,000 MT.
With 26 construction contractors on-site, พรพรพรพรพรพรพรพซฦท Commissioning supported systems completion, certification, commissioning planning and field co-ordination activities.
Results: GoT enabled easy interface across 26 different subcontractors and team alignment to view the project from a SYSTEMS perspective.
